Rhizosphere moulds have an activity to reduce the growth of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici. Seventeen species which have antagonistic effect against F. oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici were identified from 47 isolates. Screening of the inhibition growth on F. oxysporum f.sp.lycopersici confirmed that Aspergillus fumigatus and 1 isolate Aspergillus sp. inhibit the growth of F. oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici by producing non-HCN volatile and iturine non-volatile antifungal and protease, while Aspergillus niger and 1 isolate Aspergillus sp. inhibit the growth of the pathogen by producing non-HCN volatile and iturine non-volatile antifungal, Fusarium oxysporum and Humicola fuscoatra inhibit the growth of the pathogen by producing non-HCN volatile, non-iturine non-volatile antifungal, and protease, A. fumigatus (4 isolates), A. niger (2 isolates), Aspergillus parasiticus (1 isolate), Aspergillus sp. (2 isolates), Gongronella butler (1 isolate), Paecilomyces lilacinus (1 isolate), Penicillium sp.1 (1 isolate), Penicillium sp.2 (1 isolate), Penicillium sp.3(1 isolate) inhibit the growth of the pathogen by producing non-HCN volatile and non-iturinenon-volatile antifungal, Mucor sp. and Trichoderma sp. inhibit the growth of the pathogen through the competition and production of non-HCN volatile and non-iturine non-volatile antifungal, and the other isolates inhibit the pathogen by producing non-HCN volatile antifungal.en_US
