Inthiswork,we revisited the QuasiPAS flow. This flow was originally proposed by Bachtiar [1]. He proposed this flow in order to provide more evidence on the existence of planar velocity dynamos. According to Bachtiar [1], there is no dynamo using the planarized version of QuasiPAS, but he found some new dynamos in the partly-planarized one. Using various parameters, we show that the planarization of poloidal part is more important than toroidal part. Our results show that the magnetic field’s profile improves when we decrease the portion of planarized-toroidal part. We also calculate the helicity of QuasiPAS flow and compare it with the original PAS.en_US
